02 Data we process on the website
- Server logs. When you visit the site, technical data (IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp) is processed to deliver the page and keep it secure.
- Local storage. Features like the shopping cart, market alerts and support tickets store their data only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate page usage. No cross-site profiles are created.
03 Data we process in-game
When you join the server we process your Minecraft UUID, username, IP address and gameplay data (balances, trades, playtime, punishments) to operate the game, the economy and the public statistics pages. Public stats show only your username and gameplay values — never your IP or contact data.
04 Purchases
Store purchases are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Payment data (name, e-mail, payment method) is collected and processed by Tebex under its own privacy policy. We only receive the information needed to deliver your purchase in-game.
05 Third-party content
Some pages embed content from third parties: YouTube videos (loaded when you open a video), Google Fonts and Minecraft avatar renders (mc-heads.net). When such content loads, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider.
06 How long we keep data
Website logs are kept for a short technical retention period. Gameplay data is kept for as long as your account is active on the server; punishment records are kept as long as needed for moderation. You can request deletion at any time — see your rights below.
07 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, open a privacy ticket or write to info@wibify.de.
