01 Scope
These terms govern the use of the DonutSMP website, the game server reachable at play.donutsmp.de and purchases made through the store. By using the website or joining the server you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02 Your account
You connect with your Minecraft account. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account — keep your login safe. Accounts may not be shared, sold or traded. You must comply with the Minecraft EULA and the Mojang / Microsoft terms of service at all times.
03 Server rules
Playing on DonutSMP means following the server rules. In short:
- No hacked clients, exploits, duping or unfair modifications.
- No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or discrimination — in any channel.
- No scamming outside of agreed game mechanics, and no real-money trading of in-game items.
- No advertising other servers or services.
Breaking the rules can lead to warnings, mutes, temporary or permanent bans. Every punishment can be appealed through the support page.
04 Store & digital goods
The store sells digital goods (Shards, ranks and cosmetics) that are delivered to your in-game account, usually within minutes of a completed payment. Checkout and billing are handled by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Ranks are monthly subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time — perks stay active until the end of the paid period.
Purchases are voluntary donations that support server costs and grant the listed perks. They do not buy influence over moderation decisions, and a ban for rule-breaking does not entitle you to a refund.
05 Refunds
Digital goods are delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final. A refund can be requested within 14 days if a product was not delivered, was delivered twice, or clearly does not work as described. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first lead to a permanent store suspension. To request a refund, open a ticket via the support page or contact Tebex directly with your transaction ID.
06 Availability & changes
We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, resets, seasonal wipes and balance changes are part of a living survival server and can happen at any time. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies.
